By accessing or using Abacoss's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

Abacoss provides an online platform that connects hosts who have accommodations to rent with guests seeking to book such accommodations. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to host approval and availability. After your request is accepted, you may pay your deposit or rent through Paystack (card or Mobile Money). Cancellation policies vary by listing and are shown before you book. For long-term leases, monthly rent schedules may be offered after a lease application is approved.

5. Host Responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for ensuring their listings are accurate, their properties meet safety standards, and they comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Abacoss acts as an intermediary between hosts and guests. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the condition of properties listed on our platform.
